Pousada Morena

The low-priced option for those who won't compromise on location: Morena Pousada is right across First Beach, five minutes away from Second Beach and the village of Morro de São Paulo.

With only six apartments, the Pousada is run by the owner herself. Known as “Morena” (dark-haired), she takes care of the pousada as if it was her own house.

There is no luxury or sophisticated decoration. Morena Pousada is actually quite simple, but Morena's eye for detail makes it super-cozy. It feels more like a beach house than a pousada.

The breakfast area has a superb view of First Beach and Saudade Island, and there is no better place to relax and chill out than the veranda facing the beach.

All rooms have TV sets, air conditioning, mini-fridge, wireless internet and box-spring bed. There is also a special room which is slightly larger than regular rooms and with parcial sea view.
